The 7 Habits + 1

  1. SEEKING TO MOVE EVERY HOUR. USE STAIRS INSTEAD OF THE LIFT AND WALK WHILE YOU ARE ON THE PHONE. WALK FAST FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES TWICE A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER (at Casa Carolina YOU have the walk on the sea front, no excuses).
  2. PRACTICE YOUR FAVORITE SPORT FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR THREE TIMES A WEEK. USE ALWAYS A BIKE (That Casa Carolina will provide) for your travel.
  3. REMEMBER TO DRINK AT LEAST TWO LITRES OF WATER A DAY, AND ONLY FOR ADULTS DRINK A GLASS OF RED WINE (red, red) PER DAY ..
  4. SPEND MORE TIME IN THE OPEN, IN THE GREEN, ON THE BEACH, OR IN THE MOUNTAINS, TO THE SEA. YOU CAN STUDY, PLAY AND ESPECIALLY LAZE (as we like!) ALSO ON THE BEACH OR IN A PARK.
  5. EAT SOME OF EVERYTHING AND DO NOT GET NEVER MISS AT LEAST TWO PORTIONS OF VEGETABLES AND THREE OF FRUITS PER DAY (we suggest you where to buy it).
  6. EXPLOIT the MOST YOUR FREETIME: LESS TV, LESS INTERNET,LESS FACEBOOK and / or TWITTER AND MORE MOVEMENT IS THE IDEAL SOLUTION (at Casa Carolina you have the sea and a long beach in front)
  7. YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR EATING HABITS WITHOUT RIVOLUTIONISE: EX TRYING TO REDUCE (little little) THE PORTIONS.
